Two chocolate chip cookies recipes.
Brown Butter or Milk Chocolate.
Crunchy &/or soft. You decide. DIY Valentine's. Included with every soup cozy this Valentines.
Cookies on right are
brown butter chocolate chip cookies with molasses, bittersweet chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. Crunchy.
Cookies on the left have a softer middle, made with a milk chocolate chips and corn starch.
Doug tested them both while hot. He voted for the brown butter ones. The brown butter were a little more work, but this was the 1st time I'd ever made them. Well worth the time.
They'll be perfect nestled in a Valentine's soup cozy.
