Saturdays at Olive Loom

Writer's picture: Lou SharpLou Sharp

Saturday is our day to engage with the community. Like the "old timers" around the Square, we enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Fayetteville Farmers Market!

During the winter months, we're inside at the Fayetteville Senior Center. Everyone was out soaking up the sunshine today, and we had an excellent sales day!

We sold several of our "Zero-Waste” products, particularly the corn bags or heating pads, as people called them! Our corn comes from a Generational Farm in Georgia. The corn is clean, no sticks!

Ginger is showcasing our comfortable "neck pillow" that lets you move around while providing gentle heat and weight to the neck and shoulders.

On the way home, we stopped to pick up flannel from Joann’s. They offer the best prices for flannel, and I love being able to feel it! Deliciously cozy fabric for weighted eye masks with lavender for Valentine's and reusable paper towels!
