Cancellation Policy

To provide each client with dedicated time and meticulous care, all alteration appointments require a $30 booking consultation to reserve your fitting. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance may have the booking consultation credited or refunded. Appointments rescheduled within 12 hours will have the booking consultation credited once toward a future appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the booking consultation. A new booking consultation is required to schedule a future appointment. Why This Policy Exists As alterations are completed by a single in-house specialist, missed or late-canceled appointments cannot be filled on short notice. This policy allows me to maintain the highest standard of craftsmanship while respecting the time and care each garment requires.
